Absolutely. The course covers some of the key legislation that demonstrates the importance of managing difficult conversations, which is relevant to all members of staff in the school. Some of the tools and techniques are presented in case studies based on a traditional classroom environment, but the underlying principles apply to anyone who may have a conversation with a young person that could be emotive, tricky, or controversial!
On average, the course takes 90 minutes to complete and you have access to the course for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you can’t complete the course in one sitting, you can stop and save where you have got up to, to return at another time. You can also repeat sections.
